My practice explores storytelling, cultural reflection, performance, and community as tools for understanding what it means to be human. Across essays, creative writing, field notes, and research, I use writing as a way to examine lived experience, relationality, and collective imagination.Rather than separating theory from practice, my writing emerges from my work in performance, facilitation, and community-based projects.
